AMMA Kindergarten approached me because they wanted to boost their online presence with a snazzy website. They didn’t have a logo at first, so I explained to them the importance of having a strong brand identity. They totally agreed and were on board with creating a logo.
I brainstormed and came up with a logo design that perfectly captured the essence of their kindergarten. It’s all about joy and playfulness, with two cute kids reaching for the stars, symbolizing their dreams and aspirations. The colors I chose were spot on too! I used a mix of blue (representing boys) and pink (representing girls) to appeal to all the little ones.
Once we had the logo sorted, it was time to dive into website design. I took inspiration from the logo’s primary colors and made them the stars of the show on the website. The header and navigation are clean and straightforward, with just the essential links and a handy call-to-action displaying their contact number.
The hero section, you know, the big banner at the top? It grabs attention with the title “Discover fun and learning at our Daycare and Kindergarten.” A short and snappy description is there too, along with a call-to-action to get in touch and learn more about their awesome services.
Originally, the website was meant to showcase their services and provide info. But then, AMMA Kindergarten wanted something extra. They wanted parents to have a peek into their child’s day at the kindergarten. So, we revamped the site to act as a portal, where parents could easily access and review their little one’s activities.
For the techy stuff, I went old school with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, while using WordPress as the backend. Why WordPress? Well, it’s super user-friendly, even for folks who aren’t tech-savvy. The kindergarten staff can easily manage and update the site without any hassle.
In the end, AMMA Kindergarten got a fantastic website that not only showcases their services but also keeps parents connected and engaged. It was such a fun project to work on!
